Kiefer Ravena is joining the Yokohama B-Corsairs in the Japan B.League B1 Division.

The team announced the development Friday as Ravena also expressed excitement about his new stint.

"I’m very much excited to play for Yokohoma B-CORSAIRS. This will be a new chapter in my career and I hope I’m able to bring my experience and competitiveness to the team," said Ravena in a statement.

"I’m excited to meet and play for the boosters and make a run for the Championship," he went on.

Ravena recently parted ways with the Shiga Lakes, where he won a 2023-24 Japan B.League Division 2 championship.

He previously expressed gratitude to his former team which he played for three seasons.

"I’m forever grateful to the organization, front office, staff, teammates, coaches, boosters and fans! To all my teammates, I love you all! We’ve been to the trenches! In all my basketball, I was blessed to be at war with the most professional people on and off the court."

Ravena averaged  12.4 points, 5.5 assists, and 2.8 rebounds in the past season.

The Pinoy basketball standout will also play for Strong Group in the 43rd William Jones Cup.
