Instead, the audience decides the winner, intensifying the stakes and pushing dancers to captivate the crowd with their performances.After a successful series of regional qualifiers, the national finals brought together 16 of the country’s best dance talents. Each performer delivered high-energy routines, pushing the boundaries of creativity and skill.As the competition intensified, the top four finalists emerged: Klockwise, MSTR PIECE, JXYB, and Nemesis.In the end, it was Klockwise (Kenneth Martinez), a master of locking, who took the crown.His captivating performances, blending theatricality with impeccable “campbellock” or “locking” freestyle, earned him the audience’s approval and the well-deserved trophy.With his victory, he also secured a spot as the Philippines’ sole representative at the World Finals.“I’m so happy,” Klockwise said after his win. “I’ve gone through a lot from the Manila qualifiers to the finals. I’m so grateful that I got to experience this. Thank you to the whole dance community.”Now that the competition has concluded, all eyes turn to the World Finals in India, where Klockwise will compete against the top dancers from 50 other countries in what promises to be an epic showdown. He will proudly represent the Philippines on the global stage in Mumbai.<div>&#x27;BIGGEST ONE&#x27;</div>“This is the biggest one that we have because we are expecting 5,000 people to watch the event with 4,500 sign-ups,” said Lema Diaz, founding member of the Philippine All Stars.She also noted that this marks their third year, highlighting the continuous growth of the freestyle dance community.Last year’s champion, JXYB, acknowledged the increased difficulty in defending his title.“This batch is really the new generation of dance, sobrang babata ng mga ito, di na namin ito batch. No, I’m gonna win this, atin ’to,” he confidently stated when asked if he was ready to pass the torch.
