Photo by Angela Davocol/NCAA Philippines. </div>MANILA (UPDATED) — Colegio de San Juan de Letran crawled back from a double-digit deficit to stay alive in the NCAA Season 101 men&#x27;s basketball quarterfinals.The Knights forced a do-or-die clash after bullying Arellano University, 87-78, during their Wednesday afternoon faceoff at the FilOil Centre in San Juan City.Jimboy Estrada was solid with 22 points, four rebounds, two assists, and a steal, while Kevin Santos rocked the rim en route to his career-best 20 markers on top of nine boards and three rejections.&quot;Kailangan talaga naming manalo eh,&quot; stressed Letran coach Allen Ricardo. &quot;We needed to deliver. Kaya practice pa lang, we set the tone: &#x27;We need the will to win.&#x27;&quot;And his men indeed delivered, as Titing Manalili orchestrated their offense with 15 points, nine assists, three steals, two rebounds, and a block, while Deo Cuajao notched 11 markers on 2-of-4 shooting from beyond the arc. The Muralla-based crew and the Chiefs will now face again on Friday, 12:00 p.m., at the same San Juan-based arena to decide who will be advancing into the semifinals.After recovering from an 11-point disadvantage, Estrada, Manalili, and Cuajao took charge in the third period to turn a 50 deadlock into a 73-62 Letran advantage.T-Mc Ongotan had one last push in the fourth, cutting Arellano&#x27;s deficit to eight, 71-79, but Santos and Jun Roque answered with back-to-back slams to eventually shut the door on the Chiefs. These in turn, halted Aellano&#x27;s four-game winning streak and also spoiled Ongotan&#x27;s 18 points, nine rebounds, and six assists.
