It’s basically wear and tear. He is also playing in Gilas, so he’s not getting any rest,” said Reyes of Oftana’s situation.“We’re just trying to manage it as much as we can, trying to cover for him defensively because we know he’s not going to have the legs. It’s officially a sprained ankle, but we still don’t know how bad it is,” he added.Williams&#x27; status was unclear as of press time.“I saw it happen in front of me, it’s really bad. But these guys are tough. Hopefully, a couple of days rest, then he&#x27;ll be okay, but I don’t think he can play,” said Reyes.The potential absence of the pair on Friday is already a concern for TNT, but Reyes said that they are also expecting the gritty RoS to come at them as the E-Painters look to stay alive.“For sure. They are playing with a lot of urgency, so we’ll just have to match that,” emphasized Reyes.As for their injury concerns, this is what the former Gilas Pilipinas mentor had to say: “Next man up.”“We have to overcome that, so we have to be ready. We have no choice,” he added. “There’s nothing we can do. Injuries are part of the game, we don’t want that to happen.”
