Pero yun nga big advantage namin yung togetherness namin, team chemistry namin. Hopefully marami kaming natutunan doon sa natalo kami są Rain or Shine,&quot; he said.</p><p>&quot;Hindi pwedeng andun na kami, kumbaga expectation ko... Nandun parin kami sa top four man lang. Hindi na yung number two siguro. Pero nandun sa top four na makukuha namin yung twice to beat advantage kasi pag di namin makuha yun medyo mabigat,&quot; Bolick added.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/basketball/2025/8/29/pba-nlex-looks-to-translate-kadayawan-triumph-into-season-50-success-1757">READ: NLEX looks to translate Kadayawan triumph into Season 50 success</a></div><p>He admitted the young team&#x27;s only advantage was their NLEX head coach Jong Uichico, who has won nine PBA championships.</p><p>Uichico said they will be fielding the same roster as last conference, since rookie <a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/sports/basketball/2025/9/8/pba-ljay-gonzales-excited-to-learn-from-kuya-robert-bolick-in-nlex-0900">LJay Gonzales</a> has yet to join their team due to contract obligations in the MPBL.</p><p>Bolick said the PBA&#x27;s golden season will be tougher with all the teams leveling up.</p><p>&quot;So kailangan pukpukan kami tong All-Filipino na ito. Bumalik man lang kami sa same situation as last time. Ma-capitalize namin yung twice to beat. Yun yung focus namin,&quot; he said.</p><p>&quot;Gusto ko na talaga mag-champion. Last conference, kita niyo naman. Iba na yung tinakbo namin. More on fluidity, chemistry kami sa team. Itutuloy namin this conference. Expect big things sa mga bago namin na hindi pa nag-perform last conference,&quot; the guard added.</p><p>Bolick identified Enoch Valdez and Jonnel Policarpio, as among those to watch in the upcoming season.</p><p>&quot;Expect big things from Enoch, Poli. Sila yung mga sa Kadayawan, sa mga tuneup namin, pag maganda nilalaro nila ang sirap naming talunin eh. Sila yung X factor namin sa team. Which is araw-araw namin silang kinakausap na kailangan na kailangan namin sila,&quot; he said.</p><p>&quot;Sila yung dalawang big X factor namin. And confident ako sa trabaho na nilagay ng dalawa. Expect niyo malaki yung maibibigay ng dalawa.
