The heat is on in the battlefield as Call of Duty: Mobile (CODM) began its 2026 summer season on Monday, March 30. From now until May 10, players can score up to 3,500 COD points (CP) in-game by logging in and completing missions, global online games developer Garena announced. The main event of the new season, however, is in the two tournaments to be hosted in Manila in April and May. From April 6 to 12, users can register for Garena Elite Philippines (GEP) 2026, where a total of US$40,000 is up for grabs. It will be the game developer’s first LAN event that to have both Multiplayer and Battle Royale formats. More tournament details and registration will be available in-game, with a live Grand Final scheduled for May 23. The national winners will then battle it out with qualifying teams from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau for the Garena Summer Invitational (GSI) 2026 on May 24 at the SMX Aura Convention Center, for a US$60,000 prize pool. Like GEP 2026, GSI 2026 will also be making history as the first regional CODM tournament to be hosted offline in the Philippines. During the sidelines of the GEP and GSI 2026 action, players can experience creator showmatches and interactive booths at the offline Summer Festival 2026 event, also at the SMX Aura Convention Center. Exclusive festival merchandise will also be on sale. Pre-registration for the offline event will open in mid-April. For those who cannot fly in to Manila for the offline event, broadcast and programming details will also be announced soon on the CODM social media channels. Garena is the publisher of CODM in the Southeast Asian region.
