Saint Bernard puppy, Maddli, made her debut in Geneva on Friday (November 29) as the official mascot for the UEFA Women&#x27;s Euro 2025 that will take place in Switzerland in July next year.Her name is inspired by Madeleine Boll who, in 1965, became the first woman to obtain a soccer license in Switzerland.Boll said she was &quot;very proud&quot; and that it was a great recognition for her 60-year career in soccer.&quot;It&#x27;s the best day of my life I think,&quot; said 10-year-old Laetitia who was thrilled to meet Maddli and played soccer with her.The Saint-Bernard puppy, a dog breed from Switzerland best known for rescuing people in the Alpine environment, arrived at Geneva train station to meet her fans.
