While some days he felt inspired and others he didn&#x27;t, it gradually dawned on him that consistency was the key to achieving lasting change.</p><p>Reflecting on his journey now fills him with pride, knowing how far he&#x27;s come. And for a 23-year-old passionate about physical sports, it was a shocking wake-up call. </p><p>But Lance realized he couldn&#x27;t let his medical test results dampen his spirit.
