From that nine-year-old small but terrible kiddo who blew our minds with her powerful rendition of the timeless Aegis hit “Halik” on the first time she stepped on stage of The Voice Kids Season 1 as an auditionee, we have witnessed how she keeps on blooming right before our eyes and transformed into a beautiful and talented young lady.After her triumphant finish in the said competition, Lyca Gairanod’s life indeed turned 180 degrees. From helping her family make both ends meet by collecting discarded plastics, old newspapers, and other recyclable scraps in Tanza, Cavite every day, she is able to provide them a better life through her winnings and income that she got from her live shows, movie appearances, and television guestings in the previous years. Besides, she’s also able to create her own mark in the local entertainment scene as a promising young singer and has been savoring the fame she gained five years ago. Even though she’s not currently omnipresent on TV, with her last major stints were when she joined the Season 2 of <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/yourfacesoundsfamiliarkids">Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids</a> in 2017, which had been aired recently, and <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/thekidschoice">The Kids Choice</a> in 2018, we’re still able to find out the latest &quot;ganaps” about the 15-year-old singer by going through her Instagram account. Here are some of them:<div>She graduated from elementary</div>In April 2019, she happily shared to her more than 200,000 followers on Instagram another momentous milestone in her life – her moving up from elementary. And it seemed that she didn’t simply finish her primary education as we spotted two shiny medals dangling on her neck!
