She just celebrated her 18th birthday last January 27 and instead of being the one to receive gifts, it was Francine Diaz who gave us a sweet treat as she amused us by taking on the fun “Ila-like or Pupusuan Challenge” in her latest vlog.

Somewhat similar to the popular and ever-favorite game “Jojowain or Trotropahin Challenge,” she was given as set of names of male celebrities that she has either encountered or simply holds a special place in her heart and determine whether she’s going to “like” or “heart” them. But before going on with the challenge, she uttered a disclaimer that it was her team who came up with the list.

First off was Darren Espanto, who she would “like” as she’s been considering him as his “lolo” ever since their trip to San Francisco, California for ASAP in 2019. She also gave a “like” to The Squad Plus members Jimuel Pacquiao, Ashton Salvador, and Renshi de Guzman to whom she got to work with in her recent projects, namely Huwag Kang Mangamba and Click Like Share.

The young actress then imparted how she and BGYO’s Akira Morishita have known each other since 2015, as they used to be under the same management, attend workshops and voice lessons together, and go home at the same time. Now, they’re about to work together for the first time in the upcoming iWantTFC digital series “Bola-Bola,” wherein he’s one of her leading men and Albie Casiño and KD Estrada. And speaking of KD, she also gave him a “like” as she gets to see him only in ASAP Natin ‘To yet and commends his vocal talent.

Her fellow ASAP Natin ‘To mainstays Edward Barber and Aljon Mendoza both received a “like” from her, as well as Donny Pangilinan, who she had already met along with his sister Solana. Since both of them starred in inspirational series and are deemed “Sugo ng Diyos,” she gave The Broken Marriage Vow star Zaijian Jaranilla a “like”, and so is Enrique Gil to whom one of her friends, Celina, had a funny encounter with during one of their endorsement shoots.

On the other hand, Francine “hearted” Kapamilya leading men Joshua Garcia, Joseph Marco, and Marlo Mortel, the same with Korean actor Song Joong-ki, famous fictional character Harry Potter, and esteemed Hollywood actor Al Pacino. She praised the Viral Scandal actor for his unmistakable charm and acting prowess, while Joseph has been among his ultimate showbiz crushes. In Marlo’s case, she began to adore him when he became the face of Juanito Alfonso, one of the lead characters in the popular fictional book “I Love You Since 1892” that she used to read.

With regards to Song Joong-ki, the The Gold Squad member also shared how she was compelled by the performances of in some of the films and series he starred in. For Harry Potter, she considers him as “pupusuan mo as a friend,” while she expressed her enthusiasm to bump into her ultimate favorite international male actor Al Pacino.

Francine, meanwhile, broke the rules when the names of Tom Holland, Sehun of EXO, and Chris Evans were mentioned. Even though her best friend Jayda loves the Spiderman actor so much, she still tagged him as “aasawahin” since she already had a crush on him during his stint in the live action adaptation of “Kim Possible” in 2019. But she eventually dropped him off for K-Pop idol Sehun because she’s going to “aasawahin” him as well, calling him the “love of my life” and “nagmamay-ari ng puso ko”.

However, when it came to Captain America, she wasn’t able to conceal her kilig as she squealed and uttered “papakasalan” since she adores him so much next to Al Pacino.

Watch this video to witness Francine’s funny reactions and probably never-before-heard stories about her co-artists!
