Bringing life to his new single “Lumala o Mawala” was easy for JC Alcantara as he was able to relate the song to his own heartbreak story.The new track is about wanting to give the relationship another try but destiny seems to be not in your favor, a relatable scenario for many. But as much as JC wants to be a firm believer of second chances, his experience taught him that it could also turn out bad. In his case, the relationship turned toxic after getting back with an ex-girlfriend. Admittedly, he got back with the girl just because of familiarity, which now he learned as another relationship trap.“Kasi ‘pag nakasanayan mo na ilang taon, parang siya lang ‘yung hahanapin natin. Hindi tayo maka-move on. Kumabaga, cool off muna. Tapos siya pa rin ‘yung kinikita ko. Pero after no’n, sobrang toxic na. Tama na. Sarili ko naman,” said JC in this episode of Kapamilya Chat. He added that they had misunderstandings about the job as an actor, which he decided to prioritize at the time.So, his advice to those going through a similar situation is to weight things first. Missing the other person is not solid enough basis to get back together. JC pressed, “Kung sobrang toxic na ng relationship, piliin ninyo ang sarili ninyo. Alam natin mahirap talaga mag-move on.
