POLL RESULTS: Netizens choose the most hated character in The Broken Marriage Vow

The Broken Marriage Vow viewers have made their ‘gigil’ heard! See who they declared the most hated character in a recent poll ran on Ent.ABS-CBN.com.

In last week’s online survey, we asked netizens which character is making their blood boil. The choices were Jill (Jodi Sta Maria), David (Zanjoe Marudo), Lexy (Sue Ramirez), Gio (Zaijian Jaranilla), Nathalia (Rachel Alejandro), Sandy (Angeli Bayani), Charlie (Ketchup Eusebio), and Gabby (Jake Ejercito).

The show’s new lover boy Gabby came out on the last rank alongside the snakey friend Sandy and the other womanizer Charlie. Each of the three characters garnered 1% of the total votes.

It turns out fans get more infuriated by ‘kunsintidor’ mothers than enabler friends. Nathalia got 3% of the total votes while her daughter Lexy, who slept with someone else’s husband, trailed forward with 13% of the total votes.

Papunta pa lang tayo sa exciting part because we’re down to our last three choices. Someone from the Ilustre family garnered almost a fourth of the total votes. Well, it’s not Jill who only ranked third at 16% but that was arguably higher than expected considering she’s the protagonist in the story.

So, who between David and Gio is the most ‘nakakagigil’ in The Broken Marriage Vow? The cheating ex-husband David only ranked second with 25% of the total votes. Netizens unleashed their ‘gigil’ by smashing the vote button beside Gio’s name, giving the ungrateful son a whopping 40% of the total votes.

The survey results, if anything, reflects that Filipino viewers place high regard on showing respect to mothers, which Gio forgets as he rebels against his loving and devoted mother Jill.
