Dr. Jill (Jodi Sta. Maria) is impossible to forget – so is her divine choice of words.

For teleserye enthusiasts, there’s nothing more satisfying than watching the heroine burn her enemies with savage dialogues. This must be one reason Doctor Jill Ilustre has become such a hit. Check out her iconic lines in this Friday 5 video.

The first clip is from Jill and Sandy (Angeli Bayani)’s confrontation as the former learned about David (Zanjoe)’s affair and how their friends enabled him. Sandy, the biggest snake among Jill’s squad, worked hard to invalidate Jill’s feelings. She had zero remorse but plenty of selfish reasons. She even ordered Jill to forgive for Gio (Zaijian Jaranilla)’s sake.

Jill must be a saint for being so patient with her ‘sis.’ But when handed the phone and asked to talk to David, she was unable to control her ‘gigil,’ gifting us with this scathing dialogue: “Tapos na ang panloloko n’yong lahat sa akin. Simula sa araw na ‘to, hindi mo sasabihin ‘to kay David dahil ako ang magsasabi kung kailan, saan, at kung paano ko ito… tatapusin.”

The dinner scene wherein Jill exposed David and Lexy (Sue Ramirez)’s affair will be immortal because of her feisty choice of words. She opened the show with “Sobrang stressed ko lately,” then, sipped from her wine glass. There are more amusing lines in between but things got more explosive when she said, “Dalawang taon na akong niloloko ng asawa ko at ng [glances at Lexy] kabit niya.”

Of course, this one, when Fred (Art Acuña) and Nathalia (Rachel Alejandro) were so shocked they wanted to leave the table: “Papunta pa lang tayo sa exciting part.” Lexy seethed with anger and called Jill “walang hiya,” to which the latter replied, “Walang hiyang galit na galit sa’yo.”

To enlighten the puzzled Mr. and Mrs. Lucero, Jill dropped the truth bomb: ”Your daughter is sleeping with my husband. Nabuntis ni David ang anak ninyo at pumunta siya ng Amerika para ipa-abort ang bata.”

In the next scene, Jill dropped by Lexy’s house to return David’s necktie, which he left on the night they got intimate. Lexy asked if the envelope contains “bomba,” to which Jill clapped back, “No. But, in a way, yes.”

“Naiwan ng asawa mo sa bahay ko,” she told her nemesis. The two had another round of fierce verbal sparring, which Jill concluded with, “If I were you, palabhan mo. Marumi.”

In the last clip, Jill tried to enlighten Lexy about David’s lies. “Babae lang ako na nasaktan at naloko. Ina lang ako na pinoprotektahan ang anak ko. At hindi ako papayag na manalo si David sa panloloko niya,” she said.

Blinded by love, Lexy dismissed what her heart already knows. So, Jill gave her a slap of reality, “Hindi mo talaga makikita kung nakapikit ka, Lexy.” After lecturing Lexy about the signs of David’s obsession, Jill whispered, “His taste is me.”
