“The Iron Heart” stars Sue, Andi, Jhai Ho share the things they love to do together in Cebu

While the goings-on in the Kapamilya primetime series <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/THEIRoNHEART">The Iron Heart</a> are filled with action, suspense, and drama, what happens off-cam is relatively different. And Hotspot host DJ Jhai Ho, who’s also part of the ensemble as he plays the role of Mama D, gave us a glimpse of his fun bonding moment with his castmates in a recent episode of the said online show.DJ Jhai Ho was with Sue Ramirez and Andi Abaya, who play Venus Zamora and Maia Esguerra, respectively, as they hit the road going to their taping. They related the things they usually do whenever they’re not busy with their shoots in Cebu, such as doing TikTok videos, eating authentic Cebuano delicacies, talking with each other almost nonstop, and watching old Pinoy movies.DJ Jhai Ho also talked about how a great actress Sue is and recalled that instance when she got super amazed by he, while Andi and Sue shared how impressed they are of his performance. He revealed as well how dedicated Sue in studying the script and her entire job as an actress. It is also her who leads their script reading.According to Sue, she learned and acquired that trait from working with different veteran actors, such as her <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/tbmv2022">The Broken Marriage Vow</a> co-star Jodi Sta. Maria. She conveyed, “Ako nakasanayan ko kasi ang dami kong nakatrabaho na mga veteran, like ‘yong isa sa mga nakatrabaho ko na direktor, si Wenn Deramas. So, magandang training ground din siya for newbies, like when I was new that time, na maka-work ko talaga ‘yong mga veterans and it was such an honor and a privilege that I got to work with Direk Wenn.”She continued, “Pero ‘yong level of maturity ko sa trabaho parang nag-transition talaga sa ‘The Broken Marriage Vow’ kasi kapag nakatrabaho mo ‘yong Jodi nang gano’n kalapit ‘yong setting, makikita mo kung paano talaga niya i-immerse ‘yong sarili niya sa mga roles na ginagawa niya.”Sue went on to tell how Jodi couldn’t be disturbed as she meditates and absorbs their script, as well as how she incredibly always comes to the set in character, which really inspired her.
