A viral Facebook post made by Tong Santos, the SUV&#x27;s owner, claimed that the vehicle was used &quot;for driving practice&quot; by the staff of the Toyota Fairview dealership without his knowledge. Santos said his vehicle&#x27;s dashcam recorded incidents wherein the SUV was allegedly used by the staff of the service center to train other employees on how to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.He said that because of this and the alleged carelessness of the service center staff, parts of his SUV ended up with new damage. In a statement, Toyota said it &quot;regrets the isolated incident which happened in one of its dealers.&quot; Toyota said it has reviewed the video posted on social media and will &quot;take appropriate action.&quot; &quot;We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident as we continue to assure TMP&#x27;s commitment to provide the best products and services to all our valued customers,&quot; Toyota said.
