PDEA Facebook page</figcaption></figure></div>Among those who need new homes are senior dogs Jose, Silky, and Snoopy who served as narcotics detection dogs.The smartest pups in PDEA&#x27;s training class are Belgian Malinois Tala, Lala, and Lorent.However, some of the dogs are up for adoption because they failed to pass the fitness and mental test for K9 units.<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2018/news/08/09/king.jpg?ext=.jpg"/><figcaption>Five-year-old Jack Russell Terrier King. Bernie Velasquez, chief handler of the K9 facility, said they will screen thoroughly those who would like to adopt.He said the interested fur-parent should be a dog lover and can pay for expenses such as veterinary visits as some of the dogs need medication. PDEA said at least 100 persons have called their office to express interest in adopting the canines.
