MANILA - The head of the Philippine National Police sacked 3 police intelligence officers over a &quot;leaked&quot; memo on the inventory of the Alliance of Concerned Teachers.In a press conference Monday, Director General Oscar Albayalde said these officers, with ranks ranging from senior to chief inspectors, were from Manila, Quezon City, and the Zambales provincial police office.
