Long lines of vehicles are still seen at the Quezon City-Bulacan border hours after the enhanced community quarantine in the entire Luzon.Motorists--mostly private vehicles and motorcycles--are still seen plying Metro Manila.In Quezon City Circle and Commonwealth Avenue, there have been a few passengers along the road trying to take their chance at getting jeepney rides.An L300 van from the City Hall was seen picking up passengers. A bus was also deployed to serve the City Hall&#x27;s skeletal workforce.In north Caloocan, many are seen in markets and groceries. Along Quirino highway heading to San Jose del Monte Bulacan, there are no public utility vehicles.Quirino Highway serves as entry and exit point to those coming from and to San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan and heading to northern Manila in Caloocan or QC.On Tuesday morning, traffic was heavy due to long line of vehicles at the border. Thermal scanning is still strictly enforced in checkpoints.Pedestrians were asked for their identification cards and reason for transit.At 12 noon Tuesday, only few cars were passing through checkpoints.
