Stranded individuals who want to leave Metro Manila should coordinate with the police as the region prepared to further ease its coronavirus lockdown, a police official said Friday.Those who want to cross the boundary between cities or move to the province should first get a health clearance certificate then go to the police station in their area to get a free travel authority that will let them cross checkpoints, said police Lt. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, head of the Joint Task Force COVID-19.&quot;Ito po&#x27;y hindi naman right o karapatan kundi ito po ay privilege. Susunod po kayo sa proseso at kung mayroon mang period of waiting, talagang kailangan po iyan dahil mayroon po tayong coordination,&quot; he told DZMM.(This is not a right but rather, a privilege.
