Locally stranded individuals are temporarily banned from returning to Western Visayas and Caraga to contain the coronavirus pandemic, an official said Monday. Local authorities requested the 2 regions to be included in the travel ban that initially covered Eastern Visayas, said Joint Task Force COVID Shield Commander Lt. Gen.
