The Integrated Bar of the Philippines should intervene after an anti-graft court dismissed recently an ill-gotten wealth case against the Marcos family, an ex-official of the Presidential Commission on Good Government Commissioner says.The Sandiganbayan ruling disregarded the existence of the Marcos dictatorship, said former PCGG commissioner Ruben Carranza. Set up after the Marcoses were ousted in 1986, the commission was tasked to recover millions of dollars in ill-gotten wealth.
