<p>Footage from Taiwanese media shows several badly-damaged buildings leaning sideways or partially collapsed on Wednesday (April 3), after an earthquake left at least nine people dead and injured more than 800 on the island.</p><p>The buildings in mountainous Hualien were tilted at precarious angles and were near the epicenter of the 7.2 magnitude quake. It struck offshore at about 8 a. m.
