Kim Chiu is excited about finishing her dream house

<div><img align="left" alt="" src=""/>At the age of 20, Kim Chiu is about to have her own house which is currently in construction within Loyola Grand Villas in Quezon City. “May ipinapagawa akong bahay sa Loyola Grand Villas. Sa November pa matatapos. Dun na titira ‘yung mga kapatid ko. Fully paid na lahat ‘yun. Mas maganda kasi ‘yun kesa mag-loan, kapag ganun lalaki pa ‘yung babayaran mo. Mas gusto ko sa LGV kasi malapit na ako dun nakatira.” The teleserye princess shared that once the house is done, she will have her siblings flown to Manila from Cebu. Kim plans to turn the third level of the house into a big closet. “Three story ‘yung house. Sa third floor ko ilalahay ‘yung mga damit, sapatos, at iba kong gamit. Parang Barbie house siya kasi ‘yun ang gusto ko. Mga five rooms ‘yun, tig-isa kaming rooms ng mga kapatid ko tapos may mga guest rooms din.” So much has changed in Kim’s life ever since she became the Big Winner of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition in 2006. Now, after saying goodbye to her teenage years, the Fil-Chinese actress said she has found her life’s passion in the entertainment world. “More independent na ako ngayon. Nag-mature na rin ako ng konti. Mas sincere na rin ako sa trabaho ko kasi na-realize ko na ito na talaga ‘yung gusto kong gawin, ‘yung umarte, magpasaya ng mga tao.” Kim confessed that as she continues to hone her acting chops, she also looks forward to one day bagging a Best Actress award. “Sana magkaroon din ako ng Best Actress Award sa isang magandang role. So far ang pinaka best effort ko talaga ‘yung sa Tayong Dalawa. Depende talaga kasi sa story ‘yan.” Kim got her first acting award as Best Drama Actress for Tayong Dalawa from the USTv Student’s Choice Awards. Another plan of Kim is to gain more weight so she can look better on screen, and also to put the anorexic rumors to rest. “Nag-gym na ako. Kaya lang mahirap talaga ang time. Once or twice a week lang. Dati 94 pounds ngayon 98 na. Mabuhay Philippines! Ha ha ha! Wish ko ngayong 20 na ako e mag-gain naman ako ng weight. Para magmukha akong malaki, maganda naman sa screen. Masyadong maliit ‘yung katawan ko, lalo na sa upper body.” She even hired a nutritionist to advise her on the right food to eat. However, Kim is having a hard time getting used with the menu she is being given. “May nutritionist ako. Siya ‘yung nagsasabi ng kung ano ang dapat kong kainin. Kahit nasusuka na ako, ipinipikit ko na lang ‘yung mata ko sabay kain, ha ha ha!” </div>

Kim Chiu continues to work very hard to have her dream house built as soon as possible.
