Anne Curtis remains unfazed amidst MTRCB probe over her sexy number

<div><img src="" alt="022713-anne_main.jpg" width="305" height="290" align="left" border="0"/>Amidst the ongoing debate about her controversial wet and sexy production number on <i>ASAP</i>, Anne Curtis insisted that she made sure that she wore skimpy underwear beneath her revealing gown to avoid any wardrobe malfunction. As it is, she already learned her lesson after her accidental breast exposure during <i>ASAP</i>’s summer special in Boracay back in 2010. </div><div><br/></div><div>“Come on,<i> naman</i>. I’ve already had my fair share of wardrobe malfunction. So I think I’ve learned from that lesson. But the whole point of the dress is the illusion na super high slit. But I was wearing a tanga swimsuit,” said Anne in an interview with<i> TV Patrol </i>aired earlier tonight, February 26. </div><div><br/></div><div>Anne further shared that she has surpassed a lot of controversies in show business. At this point, she’s just grateful that people continue to support her through the years—from being a 12-year-old teenybopper to a sexy actress/host/singer. “It wasn’t a smooth journey of aging and changing images. I made my mistakes and I’m just happy that no matter what decision or mistake I’ve made, they have supported whatever [I do].” </div><div><br/></div><div>For now, the Movie Television Ratings and Classification Board (MTRCB) has decided to investigate whether or not <i>ASAP</i> has made a violation in terms of Anne’s “provocative” production number. MTRCB Chairman Eugenio “Toto” Villareal reminded ABS-CBN that it has signed an agreement that the network will “undertake measures and implement policies to uphold the positive image of women in their portrayal in media.”</div><div><br/></div><div>Atty. Villareal further shared that the ongoing investigation is based on the complaint submitted by a certain TFC subscriber against Anne’s production number. He maintained, however, that the whole issue will undergo due process. </div><div><br/></div><div>In the meantime, ABS-CBN Corporate Communications Head Bong Osorio released an official statement, saying that the concerned network executives will be attending the mandatory gender sensitivity conference imposed by MTRCB to address this matter. We have received the summon from MTRCB. The representatives of <i>ASAP</i> will be attending the meeting called by MTRCB on Tuesday, March 5, to discuss the issue.” </div>
