According to beauty pageant website Missosology.info, Neil was a favorite through out the pageant held in Seoul, South Korea today, February 14.</div><div><br/></div><div>Neil tearfully walked down the stage and saluted, as what netizens interpreted as dedicating his win to his fellow policemen, the fallen SAF 44.</div><div><br/></div><div><a href="https://push-data.abs-cbn.com/push/archive/features/24563/neil-perez-reveals-lucky-charm-to-mr-international-pageant/">In his interview before leaving for Korea, he said he bought his lucky charms, a Pope Francis coin and his badge.</a> </div><div><br/></div><div>Neil entered the Top 15 with representatives from Lebanon, Colombia, Poland, Korea, Slovenia, Myanmar, Japan, Brazil, Indonesia, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, Thailand, and Czech Republic.  </div><div><br/></div><div>He consistently made it to the Top 10 and Top 5 of the pageant.</div><div><br/></div><div>Neil used an interpreter to answer the question, “What has been your biggest disappointment in life?”</div><div><br/></div><div><i>“Unang-una ang aking disappointment sa aking buhay ay ang ‘di ko pag galang sa magulang ko. Kaya ko pinagsisihan ito dahil malaking bagay ang mahalin natin ang ating magulang dahil siya ang pangalawang utos ng Diyos para sa ating mga Katoliko,”</i> Neil replied.</div><div><br/></div><div>Fourth runner-up went to Slovenia while Poland landed as third runner-up.
