Today on Kris TV,Isabelle Daza and her French fiancé Adrien Semblat shared Adrien’s preparation forhis proposal to Isabelle. She said that Adrien proposed when they went toTurkey last August 2015 and during that time she was still working on theseries Nathaniel.

“That was the problem kasi Nathaniel was extended eh matagal na naming pina-plan ‘yung Augusttrip namin. We were supposed to go meet his parents then go to Turkey. And thenI already had a ticket everything was booked sayang naman, can I at least gofor four days, pinayagan.”

She also added that she wasn’t able to meet Adrien’s parentsduring that time and Adrien shared that he went to see his parents in Franceand told them he’s proposing.

“I told them. I showed the ring and we went to this chapelchurch to bless the ring with my mom. In Turkey we went to two places, we wentto Istanbul and Cappadocia. Cappadocia is a city in middle of Turkey, it’s anold city, it’s very famous for rock formations and very famous for [hot] airballoon rides,” he related.

Since Isabelle wasn’t able to fly to France, he decided tohave the proposal in Turkey and chose the city of Cappadocia instead ofIstanbul because Istanbul is “a very busy city.” They had a nice hotel inCappadocia and rode in a hot air balloon but Adrien’s plan was not to proposein the balloon ride but rather have it after their breakfast.

The actress had no idea that her family already knew aboutAdrien’s plans of proposing. Gloria Diaz, Isabelle’s mom, told Adrien shewasn’t ready but gave their blessing anyway.

Isabelle recalled that during their breakfast around 9 inthe morning, she still had no clue but noticed that Adrien couldn’t eat and hewas asking Isabelle if she’s already done eating. After eating they weretalking about life and also talked about their future when Adrien wentstuttering and asked, “W-would you like to marry me?”

“Sabi ko ‘Yeah of course in the future’ and then he said,‘No, no. Now? I have a ring.’ And then he pulled out a ring and he knelt downon one knee and that’s when I knew it was real I was like ‘Oh my gosh’ tapos‘yung heart ko sobrang like fast, it was beating so fast.”

Adrien had a simple speech and Isabelle said she’d rememberit forever.

“He said, ‘From the moment I saw you, I knew I could loveyou’ and then he said like, ‘You fit me perfectly, like the way you love mefits me perfectly.’ Sobrang cry kasi na touch ako parang when he said na ‘youfit me perfectly’ you don’t have to be perfect ‘di ba? But parang he said na‘the way you love me fits me perfectly’ parang our families love each other, Ilove his family, his family love [mine]. So ‘yun.”
