<div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1747478048875viber_image_2025-05-17_18-08-11-908.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div>MANILA (2nd UPDATE) – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) proclaimed the winning 12 senators at Manila Hotel Tent City on Saturday, five days after midterm elections and the earliest in the poll body&#x27;s history.Of all the senators-elect, only 11 were able to attend as <a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/5/17/senator-elect-kiko-pangilinan-misses-proclamation-due-to-daughter-s-graduation-1533">Kiko Pangilinan</a> is currently with his family in the United States for his daughter&#x27;s graduation program. During the proclamation, Comelec called the 12th-ranked senator first, while the top vote-getter was the last.Imee Marcos with 13,339,227 votes at 12th place was first to be proclaimed. Bong Go, who achieved 27,121,073 votes at 1st place, was called last.The other senators-elect with their acquired votes based on the National Certificate of Canvass (NCOC) are as follows:2.
