Has Paulo Avelino found ‘the one’ in his Fil-Aussie girlfriend?

Paulo Avelino is gearing up for an upcoming movie titled Kasal. The actor will be working for the first time on the big screen with Derek Ramsay and Bea Alonzo. In an interview with Paulo at the story conference of the movie, the actor expressed his elation with this new project.

“I’m really excited. It’s almost the first time that I will be working with the whole group on film and it’s nice because we all know direk Ruel Bayani has a certain genre when it comes to his film. Medyo mature, minsan sexy so it’s going to be different,” he said.

Paulo added, “I haven’t done something like this in quite a long while and ‘yun nga medyo complicated ‘yung story. It’s something that’s being made for, I wouldn’t just say na limited to mature audiences, but to people who are actually going through this or the people who will go through this, the dilemma in the story,” he said.

With a teleserye and now an upcoming movie, Paolo was asked if his Filipino-Australian girlfriend Jodie Elizabeth Tarasek was already used to his life in the limelight.

“No she’s not. I don’t think she’ll get used to it but you know she’s someone who enjoys or likes to keep things private as well,” he revealed. But Paolo stressed that his girlfriend understands the nature and the demands of his job. “She does, we’re both mature adults and open-minded,” he said.

Asked if he sees his new relationship for long term already, he replied, “Looks like it. Every time naman I enter a relationship I always consider, well siyempre gusto mo naman tumagal or sana siya na, but you know, we’ll see,” he said.
