Last month, JuliElmo fans were caught by surprise after Julie Anne San Jose signed up with the same record label as Elmo Magalona. Loyal supporters of JulieElmo are hoping for the former love team to collaborate on a song, but is Janella Salvador, Elmo’s current love team partner, okay with Julie Anne and Elmo working together again?

PUSH caught up with the My Fairy Tail Love Story star before their Kapamilya Chat session and asked about her reaction to the possibility of a Julie Anne and Elmo collaboration. Apparently, Janella couldn’t be any happier for the newest milestone in Japs’s (Julie Anne’s nickname) career.

“Masaya ako for her [Julie Anne] na she signed up for Universal,” the 19-year-old star said. Asked if she would support Elmo if ever the collaboration comes into play, Janella stated: “Ikaw [referring to Elmo]. If he wants to do a collab, why not?”

Meanwhile, Elmo and Janella set to return to television this Sunday in Wansapanataym Presents: Jasmin’s Flower Powers.
