<div> </div>Masayang-masaya ang Gulong Ng Palad creator and writer na si Loida Virina dahil gagawan ng movie at updated version ng CineKo Productions ang kanyang classic novel na naging top rating radio show at TV series.Ayon kay Loida, hindi ito retelling ng classic story kundi karugtong or ten years after na silip kung anu na ang nangyari sa mga tauhan ng kuwento.&quot;Tuwang-tuwa ako at ibabalik natin pero malalaman natin ang usual reaction or questions ng mga tao. ‘Kumusta na kaya si Luisa? Kumusta na kaya si Carding? Anu na kaya nangyari sa kanila?’&quot; sabi ni Loida.Ngayong 2017, ang award-winning director na si Laurice Guillen ang magdidirek ng pelikula na wala pang cast at isinusulat pa lang ang updated na script.Isang bagong kuwento ng mga minahal nating characters ang mapapanood na ayon kay Loida ay ikatutuwa ng fans ng Gulong Ng Palad.&quot;Parang may time lapse itong project na ito malalaman natin kung ano na ang nangyari sa pamilya kung masaya na ba sila? Sina Peping at mga kapatid niya. There’s something new malalaman natin lahat yan after ten years ng story on what became of the family,&quot; sabi pa ni Loida.1949 unang sumikat sa DZRH radio drama ang Gulong ng Palad. Napanood naman ito sa telebisyon bilang top rating soap opera sa BBC 2 noong 1977 hanggang 1979, sa RPN 9 naman noong 1979 hanggang 1983. Sa original TV cast na ito sumikat ang noon ay child star na si Romnick Sarmenta sa papel na &quot;Peping&quot;.Na-revive ito sa ABS-CBN noong January 2006 kung saan bida sina Kristine Hermosa at TJ Trinidad.
