Gerald Anderson, more actors graduate as Private Reservists of the Army

<p>Gerald Anderson led the team of actors in a three-day soldier training at Camp Tecson in San Miguel town, Bulacan in preparation for his upcoming series, <em>A Soldier&#x27;s Heart.</em></p><p>Together with Elmo Magalona, Nash Aguas, Yves Flores, and Jerome Ponce, the 30-year-old actor was conferred the rank of private in the Army Reserve Component after finishing the course Friday. </p><div><iframe allow="encrypted-media" allowtransparency="true" frameBorder="0" height="795" scrolling="no" src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FPhilippineArmy2028%2Fposts%2F2325235451058333&amp;width=500" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" width="500"></iframe></div><p>Matteo Guidicelli, also an army reservist after graduating as a scout ranger in June, reportedly served as one of the actors&#x27; instructors throughout the training.</p><p>On Instagram, Gerald shared photos from the training and said: &quot;3 days of the hardest training I have undergone. These pictures don&#x27;t give justice to it. We were pushed physically and mentally beyond our limits. I have learned so much in just three days. Being the company commander taught me how to lead other people, but most important how to lead myself and stay composed despite any situation. Only 2 hours of sleep for 3 days. More or less 10 seconds to eat your meal, sometimes eating naka-dapa sa putikan. That teaches you a lot - patience, gratitude, appreciation for even the small stuff. Being a Philippine Scout Ranger is being a real super hero. I appreciate your sacrifices men.
