Dingdong Dantes, Kim Atienza, Tim Yap compete in Berlin Marathon

Celebrities Dingdong Dantes, Kim Atienza, and Tim Yap were among the Filipinos who competed on Sunday's 2019 Berlin Marathon in Germany.

Fresh off the race, Dindong posted a photo of his finish line medal on his Instagram account.

"More than the finish line medal, I was just really looking forward to having this glass of cold beer with my teammates and friends," wrote the Fantastica actor, who had revealed that he and his team geared up for the marathon for four months.

For his part, TV host and fellow fitness enthusiast Kim, otherwise known as Kuya Kim, said he's thankful that his "52-year-old legs" did not fail him throughout the race.

Tim also posted a photo of him during the marathon and shared with his followers his challenging yet fulfilling experience from the race.

"It rained all throughout the race but no rain, no nothing can dampen my spirit," he said.
