I learned a song called &#x27;<em>Maging Sino Ka Man</em>&#x27; when I was really young,” she said.</p><p>&quot;<em>Maging Sino Ka Man</em>&quot; was written and originally performed by veteran composer Rey Valera.</p><p>Sharon recorded her version of the song in the early &#x27;90s, as part of the soundtrack of her movie with the same title with action star Robin Padilla. </p><p>In the same conversation with Nepales, H.E.R. said she would be thrilled to have a show in the Philippines and sing with some of the OPM legends and artists.</p><p>&quot;I know an artist out there named Jay-R who I really love. So yeah, I love to sing,&quot; she said. &quot;I&#x27;ve always been around music my entire life and I just gravitated towards instruments.</p><p>&quot;They were at my house and my dad would rehearse with his band. So yeah, they were just available to me,&quot; she added.</p><p>As a kid, H.E.R. made a TV appearance because of her beautiful Alicia Keys covers. She would later sign a record deal with RCA Records and HBK Entertaiment and release her debut single titled &quot;Something to Prove&quot; under her real name at the age of 14.</p><p>In 2016, H.E.R. released her debut EP H.E.R. Vol. 1, followed by her second EP, H.E.R. Vol. 2 in 2017. Her first compilation album, H.E.R. was released in the same year, consisting of tracks from the singer&#x27;s first two EPs plus six additional songs. She was later nominated for five Grammy Awards at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in 2019, winning Best R&amp;B Performance and Best R&amp;B Album.<br/> </p>
