Alexa Ilacad has body dysmorphia, says psychologist

<p>Alexa Ilacad sought the help of <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/pbbs10"><em><u><strong>Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10</strong></u></em></a><a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/pbbs10">&#x27;</a>s resident psychologist Dr. Randy Dellosa as she decided to address her growing insecurity about her body.</p><p>After her consultation with Dr. Randy, an emotional Alexa talked to Big Brother and shared the possible diagnosis of her condition according to the psychologist.</p><p>“<em>Sabi niya, he maybe diagnosing me with major depressive disorder caused by body dysmorphia</em>,” she told Big Brother. </p><p>“<em>I see myself differently than how it looks. When I look in the mirror I feel disgusted. She also shared that working in show business made her despise her figure.  </p><p>“<em>I just never got the help that I need. Now, I know ito pala yun. I&#x27;ve been in the industry for more than half of my life, starting as a kid. I never was the thin type. My body type was different from all the other girls. That made me hate myself. Alexa Ilacad sought the help of PBB’s resident psychologist to address her growing insecurity about her body.
