South Korean star Park Seo Joon is reportedly joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to a report by Naver as translated by Soompi, industry representatives claimed that Seo Joon will be part of the sequel to Captain Marvel titled The Marvels.

Brie Larson, Iman Vellani, and Teyonah Parris have already been confirmed to be headlining the movie.

However, Seo Joon's agency Awesome ENT declined to comment about the matter.

Set to be released on November 11, 2022 in the US, The Marvels will be directed by Nia DaCosta.

Seo Joon rose to popularity with hit series like Itaewon Class, Fight For My Way, and Hwarang, among others.

He is set to star in a movie this year alongside IU in a film titled Dream
