After releasing his latest music video online “Muling Tanggapin” last month, singer and actor Carlos Agassi shared some reflections from the song which deals with mental health. In his Instagram post last August 4, the 41-year-old actor shared his thoughts on depression.

“Depressed? It’s all in the mind.”
“Ang drama mo naman.”
“Baka malungkot ka lang.”
“Nag iinarte lang yan.”
“Depressed ba yan? Mukhang masaya naman.”
“Mag isa ka lang kasi kaya ka nadedepressed.”
“Wala ka kasing ginagawa. Try mo magpaka busy.”
“Uso kasi madepressed kaya nakigaya ka.”
“Mga salitang naririnig natin kapag may taong depressed. Many of us know how it feels. But don’t let people drag you down with their judgement. People who don’t care about you will always see you for your mistakes and not for your success in life. While people who care about you will always understand you.

Carlos shared that his newest song is a collaboration with his non-showbiz girlfriend Sarina Yamamoto who wrote and directed the music video and also makes a brief appearance at the end of the song.
