In the post, Vance shared before and after photos of his physical transformation after almost a month of working on his physique. He accompanied it with the caption, “I don’t usually share what I’m going through but perhaps I can share just a glimpse of a person experiencing a mental distress/condition with anxiety and depression and that there is a way to fight or manage them. I know it’s not easy but progress is the key and not perfection.”
