Kyle Echarri joins Andrea Brillantes, Seth Fedelin in 'Lyric and Beat'

Kyle Echarri is joining the cast of the musical series Lyric and Beat, which is headlined by Andrea Brillantes and Seth Fedelin.

This was announced by Dreamscape Entertainment as it released on Thursday, February 17, photos of the story conference and first script-reading for the project.

Aside from Andrea, Seth, and Kyle, actors who attended the virtual meeting included Darren Espanto, AC Bonifacio, Jeremy Glinoga, Awra Briguela, Sheena Belarmino, and Angela Ken.

Also in attendance were Agot Isidro, Nyoy Volante, Jett Pangan, Lito Pimentel, Pinky Amador, Joel Saracho, Giancarlo Magdangal, and the show's director Dolly Dulu.

Lyric and Beat marks the reunion project of Kyle, Andrea, and Seth, who are part of ABS-CBN's The Gold Squad. They last worked together in the inspirational series Huwag Kang Mangamba, alongside their fellow squad member Francine Diaz.

Lyric and Beat takes place in the Philippine National Conservatory of Music, where the best and misfit students compete for the chance to represent the school in the prestigious National Music Competition.

Based on a teaser released back in November, the show will feature 20 years of music from popular songwriter Jonathan Manalo of ABS-CBN Music.

Lyric and Beat will premiere exclusively on streaming platform iQiyi this 2022.
