Gloc-9’s wife looks back on simpler times with OPM rapper: ‘Importante masaya tayo’

Thea Pollisco, the wife of rapper Gloc-9 (real name Aristotle Pollisco), took a trip down memory lane as they celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary over the weekend.

Thea, also known as Mrs. 9 to fans of the OPM artist, shared a photo of herself and Gloc-9 from their wedding 18 years ago.

She said her wedding gown only cost 1,500 pesos which happened to be relatively 1,000 pesos cheaper than the barong worn by her husband which was worth 2,500 pesos.

While that was the case, Thea said what is important is they were happy during that time.

“Basta kahit 2,500 ang barong mo mas mahal pa sa gown ko na 1,500 importante masaya tayo at alam natin kung bakit tayo nagdesisyon magpakasal,” she said.

Thea went on to share that she will always look back on that day even though their wedding wasn’t grand because everything they spent on it came from their own savings.

“Lagi ko pagmamalaki yan na hindi man magarbo ang ating kasal noon lahat yan ay galing sa ipon mo. 18 years dad,” she said.

Thea reaffirmed that she will always choose Gloc-9 over and over again no matter what happens.

“Proud ako sa ating dalawa. Ikaw at ikaw lang ang lagi ko pipiliin. Love you,” she said.
