grandmother Teopista “Tess&quot; Pineda Relucio passed away. Jake’s grandmother died last Sunday, April 3, while his uncle died on Wednesday, April 6.</p><p>His mom Raquel told PEP.ph in an interview that his uncle died after figuring in a motorcycle accident which resulted in injuries.</p><p>Calling him by his old name Charice Pempengco, his mom revealed that Jake hasn’t reached out to her since the death of his grandmother. </p><p>“Wala pang paramdam si Charice hanggang ngayon,” Raquel said.</p><p>“Need ko talaga ngayon ang tulong. Namatay naman ang kapatid ko na nagbabantay sa nanay ko.
