JM De Guzman gives tour of his new house

<p>In his latest YouTube vlog, JM De Guzman did a tour of his new condominium unit which is currently under construction.</p><p>According to the actor, he has been renting for the longest time and he is ecstatic to finally own a condo unit.</p><p>&quot;Matagal na akong nagre-rent ng condo since nag-start ako mag-showbiz. Magastos and pupunta mo &#x27;yung pera sa pagre-renta pero sa huli hindi mo makukuha &#x27;yung condo.
