Vlogger Cong Velasquez, also known as CongTV and part of Team Payaman, has spoken out against a netizen who accused him and his fiancée, Viy Cortez, of scamming their followers.

The post, which has since been deleted, included screenshots of the couple's business and endorsements with a caption stating that they had "failed" their followers.

“Congrats Cong at Viy (Backhand Index Pointing Left Emoji). You failed you followers. You scammed them bigtime. No explanations. Sayonara (Backhand Index Pointing Left Emoji).”

The user added: “Pinas (Philippine flag emoji). Kung di dayo gigising next pakistan kayo. Pumupwesto na ang sindikato sa lahat ng industrya. Kakainin kayo ng buong buo”

Cong then replied: “Nung una medyo naniniwala ako sayo pero nung dinamay mo kami. Nawala na agad credibilidad mo sakin. Kala ko may katotohanan sa paratang mo. Wala pala talaga.”

CongTV went on to address some of the accusations, pointing out that Alfonso, Cavite Mayor Randy Salamat was the one who introduced them to the owner of the business they are endorsing.

He emphasized that he would never take advantage of his followers and that the allegations were baseless.

In response, CongTV reposted the screenshot of the netizen's accusation on his Facebook page, adding a caption that read: "Hindi ako sumasagot sa issue pero kung paparatangan mo kaming magnanakaw. Oops Stahp."

The post received more than 40,000 reactions and almost 5,000 shares on Facebook.

He is known for his quirky, inspiring, and realistic vlogs, making him loved by his followers.

CongTV and Viy Cortez were also nominated for the PUSH Awards "Power Couple" last year alongside other well-known personalities.
