In an interview with Karen Davila, Yeng shared that having a beach house has always been her dream even since she settled down with her husband.

"Bagong kasal pa lang po kami nagli-lista na ako ng mga things na pinapangarap ko. Talagang nasa top of my list talaga na magkaroon ng beach house kasi feeling ko po dati parang ['yung igagastos] ng family namin kunwari pagpapasok ka sa resort ganyan, pero kung may sarili kang property, madadala ko 'yung family ko, ang laki ng family ko eh," she said.

Victor, or Yan as he is fondly called by Yeng, relayed that when they found the lot for the beach house, they camped out to feel the vibes of the place.

However, when they started building their beach house, their house became bigger and bigger.

"Hindi ko alam kung hanggang kailan, laging ganun ang mindset ko na [sinasabi ko kay Yan], 'Love, hindi ko alam kung hanggang kailan 'to so lahat ng kikitain natin sa iba nating negosyo at sa trabaho ko, gagawin natin invest lang tayo ng invest,'" she added.
