Here’s why Pokwang called it quits with Lee O’Brian

<p dir="ltr">Comedienne-actress Pokwang revealed that the reason she broke up with her partner, Lee O’Brian, was because of their business venture together. Nasaan na tayo? Anong nangyayari?&#x27; Nagpapa-update lang naman ako sa kanya na, feeling ko, karapatan ko &#x27;yon. Ang dating sa kanya agad... hindi niya nagustuhan,” she shared.</p><p>The 52-year-old actress revealed that she hadn’t been given any updates on their business for almost a year. She added that she didn’t even want to know everything but only asked for the previous month’s expenses.  </p><p>“Halos one year na akong walang naririnig... Normal lang naman &#x27;yon, e. &#x27;Nung last month, ito ang gastos natin.&#x27; &#x27;Yun lang naman ang hinihingi ko. &#x27;Yun lang naman. Hindi niya nagustuhan. Parang ang dating sa kanya, hinuhusgahan ko na siya agad. Parang tinanggalan niya ako ng karapatan na malaman,” she continued.</p><p dir="ltr">Pokwang continued to share her side of the story in her interview with Boy Abunda. Throughout the time they were breaking up, she hoped that Lee would patch things up with her, but unfortunately, he didn’t.</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2022/1/18/fresh-scoops/pokwang-marks-daughter-malias-4th-birthday-198051"><strong>READ: Pokwang marks daughter Malia&#x27;s 4th birthday</strong></a></div><p>“Bilang isang ina, umaasa ako na maaayos pa kami. Kahit ang sakit-sakit na sa akin. Kailangan ka magsinungaling kasi umaasa ako na aayusin pa niya. Magkakaayos pa kami,” she said.</p><p>Pokwang shared that she has been giving him chances to make things right for her and their daughter, Malia. She also revealed that she has been getting the cold treatment from Lee even before she asked about their business.</p><p>“Parang nawala na yung respeto. Bago pa mangyari yung confrontation sa negosyo, di na kami nag-uusap. We don&#x27;t exist to each other. Nagsasalubong kami sa hagdan, parang wala. Parang nabalewala &#x27;yung mga sinacrifice ko,” she revealed.</p><p>The actress concluded that she was never loved by Lee and her partner only stayed in the relationship for the sake of their daughter. </p><p>“Feeling ko hindi niya ako minahal talaga. Feeling ko nagkaanak lang kami pero dahil nandiyan na yan,” she added.</p><p>Pokwang and Lee have been separated since November 2021. The comedienne previously said that they parted ways on good terms.  </p>
