<p>It’s been a decade since actress-turned-vlogger Rica Peralejo was last seen acting in an episode of <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/maalaalamokaya"><em><strong>Maalaala Mo Kaya</strong></em></a><em><strong></strong>,</em> but the celebrity mom denied that she has totally closed her doors on showbiz.</p><p>During the Soffell Protectado Day event last May 6 at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City, Rica shared what kind of project she is waiting to be offered before she returns in front of the camera.</p><p>“I haven’t totally closed the door to acting. I sometimes visit. Of all the things that i can do, I miss that the most. Because of exercising whatever skill I gained through the years sa acting.</p><p>“Of course, I would have to say the project would have to be something that is well written. Like I have to know that the story is amazing. And I’m not saying dapat itong klaseng storya lang na ’to or ganyan. So for me, kung merong director na talagang gustong gusto tapos in-offer-an ako, ayan mahihirapan akong humindi.</p><p>“So yung director lang na ganun para sa akin na naisip ko top of mind right now is Erik Matti. Kasi he’s been my director before I’d probably do it for him if he is the director.</p><p>“Na-mi-miss ko rin si direk Lauren (Dyogi) but I don’t know if he directs pa. I remember working so well with him as a director.</p><p>“I would do drama or action. Gusto ko ng action. Family stories also. Because I don’t just say ‘yes’ to brands. I’ve been approached by many brands but I just know that our values are not aligned.</p><p>“With Soffell I was really happy that they’ve been pushing for outdoor times with your family which is something that I’ve advocated as little as my firstborn was. So that was almost nine years ago. Lagi kong sinasabi sa mga parent na, ‘Huwag kayong matatakot. I think everyone’s just really thinking of how high our electric bill shooting up. But that’s the life every time that we have summer here in the Philippines.</p><p>“It’s also a great time to be out. I’ve been planning all of our out of town trips. We have one upcoming going to Cebu where we’re going to camp and all that. Alam mo yun, kahit na mainit, ito rin yung time na you just want to be in the water, you want to be out in the see, ganun,” she added.</p>
