<p>Celebrity mom Saab Magalona excitedly shared with her Instagram followers last Sunday, July 9, that her eldest child, Pancho, has been accepted to regular school. </p><p>Pancho has cerebral palsy which affects his ability to move and maintain balance. As a mom with birthing trauma, I was skeptical and I thought of all the excuses for him to just stay home,” she wrote.</p><p>”I almost lost him, absolutely not,” “He’ll be safe if he’s just at home,” and “What if something happens and I’m not there?” she said, revealing her &quot;excuses&quot; at that time. </p><p>The celebrity mom added that she and her husband, Jim Bacarro, did what was best for their son. </p><p>“I learned that parents with birthing trauma have a hard time sending their kids to school and sometimes we can even get competitive with the teachers. It’s been a struggle but I know in my heart this is what’s good for Pancho. This is good for me and Jim, too,” she remarked.</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2022/11/6/fresh-scoops/watch-saab-magalona-shares-4-year-old-son-pancho-203456"><strong>READ: WATCH: Saab Magalona shares 4-year-old son Pancho’s crawling progress</strong></a></div><p>Now that Pancho has officially been accepted into a regular school, Saab asked for prayers from her followers — especially now that their son is set to embark on a new journey in his life. </p><p>“I started out skeptical, now I’m excited. Pls pray that his first year of schooling goes well 💖 🙏 Also praying for Cheng who will be accompanying him every day in school. Thank you, virtual ninangs and ninongs,” she said.</p><p>Saab has been consistently updating her followers on social media on the progress of their eldest child. </p><p>They also have another child, their youngest Vito. They also had a daughter before, Pancho’s twin sister Luna, who passed away in 2018.</p>
