Erik Santos mourns father’s passing

<p>Less than a year of his mother’s passing, Erik Santos is now mourning the loss of his father. Netizens also took the time to give their condolences in the comment section of the singer.</p><p>Fellow ASAP Natin ‘To hosts Angeline Quinto, Ogie Alcasid, and Martin Nievera consoled him in the comment section.</p><p>“Tito Nats we love you. Pahinga na po kayo. Pogs ipinagdadasal kita at buong pamilya mu. Lalo si Tito Nats at Tita Litz,” Angeline wrote.</p><p>“My heart breaks for you my friend. Now mommy and daddy are together forever. My deepest condolences,” Martin added.</p><p>“Hugs my brother. Hugs and prayers,” Ogie shared.</p><p>It was just only a few weeks ago when the Kapamilya singer penned a short but meaningful message for his father on Father’s Day. </p><p>“Happy Father’s Day Daddy Nats! ❤️ You are loved beyond words. Stay healthy always,” he previously wrote.</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2022/12/1/erik-santos-remembers-late-mother"><strong>READ: Erik Santos remembers late mother: ‘Napakatapang mo Nanay’</strong></a></div><p>Back in November 2022, Erik announced the passing of his mother, Angelita, who died at the age of 66 after battling cancer. He paid tribute to her life in one of his posts on social media adding that his mother will no longer suffer from any pain.</p><p>“No more pain, no more NGT, no more pigtails, no more catheters, no more tests and scans, wala nang mga nakatusok sa katawan mo, no more chemo, no more blood transfusion, no more oxygen tank, no more bed sores, no more diapers, makakahinga ka na ng mapayapa without any machine, no more cancer,” he previously wrote.</p>
