<p>Liza Soberano got candid about her insecurities.</p><p>In an interview with Vicki Belo, the actress — who was once hailed as the &quot;Most Beautiful Face in the World&quot; in 2017 — admitted that she also has her fair share of insecurities.</p><p>&quot;I think my number one insecurity would be my weight. I think that&#x27;s no secret throughout my showbiz career, I would always get criticized for my weight fluctuating back and forth, and the rumors about me being pregnant just because of me gaining a little weight, it would really affect my mental health,&quot; she admitted.</p><p>Liza stressed though that she doesn&#x27;t think of herself as overweight but noted that it is the &quot;unattainable&quot; standard of beauty in show business that triggers her insecurity.</p><p>&quot;When I think of myself, I don&#x27;t think of myself as someone who is overweight generally because I&#x27;m very actually health conscious. I eat good. I make sure that I exercise. Because I am [half-American], I also am a little bit on the bigger side.&quot;</p><p>The actress also confessed that she is also insecure about her own skin. I kind of got bullied in school for that. I got alopecia actually around 2020 due to stress, and also I guess the nature of the industry that we are in, we are constantly getting our hair and make-up done, constantly under a lot of pressure, and then lack of sleep,&quot; she said.</p>
