BLACKPINK marks 7th anniversary: ‘Immensely proud of every single one of us’

BLACKPINK members Rosé, Jisoo, Lisa, and Jennie took to social media to celebrate the 7th anniversary of their group.

In her Instagram post, Rosé expressed her gratitude to the group saying, "Thank you, BLACKPINK for being such a blessing in my life. I have really been able to experience everything and more than what I have ever dreamed of growing up as an aspiring artist."

She added: "Thank you, thank you and thank you a thousand times. BLACKPINK, Blinks, Teddy, YG entertainment and everyone else who believed in @blackpinkofficial for the past seven years. My heart is so full."

Rosé remarked that she is proud of everyone for everything they have accomplished together in the last seven years.

"I cannot express my gratitude for every singe person who has been a part of this seven year journey with us four. 7…..!!! @blackpinkofficial is officially seven years old today! And I am immensely proud of every single one of us. For making history. For always having so much fun and pride with what we do. Thank you to our blinks for trusting each and every one of us, all along," she stated.

Meanwhile, Lisa  wished that this seventh year will be a lucky one for the members.

"Happy 7th anniversary to me and my 3 amazing girls @blackpinkofficial 7 is one of my favorite numbers and I hope this year will be a lucky one for us 💕 Love you girls and blinks so so much💫," she posted.

On her Instagram page, Jennie wrote: "7 Years with @blackpinkofficial 🤍 I love us I love BLACKPINK I love Blinks."

Meanwhile Jisoo said: "Happy 7th anniversary BLINK and BLACKPINK🖤💖BLACKPINK is always in your area. LOVE YOU 😘."

BLACKPINK made their debut in August 2016 under YG Entertainment.

They are the first female act from South Korea to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with their second album Born Pink.

Among their hits include  "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du"," "How You Like That," "Kill This Love," and "Pink Venom," among others.
