The actress-host misunderstood what Vice said in response to her saying how special occasions are even more difficult. Vice replied, “Birthday mo?” which Anne mistook as a reference for her birthday being an occasion for OFWs to come home. Anne laughed at her blunder and it became one of their Vice-Anne core moments.Recently, TikTok user @kevinhufana uploaded a video showing the POV (point of view) of an OFW who was in tears as he realized he would be home in time for Anne’s birthday. This went viral as Anne’s fans found the old meme-made-new funny.When the meme eventually made its way to the actress, she good-naturedly replied to all the comments about what her fans were going to be preparing for birthday on February 17. The actress revealed, however, that she herself wouldn’t be in the country as she will be attending Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour concert abroad.Still, Anne showed how she appreciates interacting with her followers after recently becoming the face of Smart’s new Unli 5G plan, which includes non-stop data.
